Q:
I recently joined my company’s retirement plan. How do I login
initially?
A: Your initial User ID is your Social Security
Number (without any dashes). Your initial PIN is the last four digits
of your Social Security Number.
You will log
on as a "Participant." Once you log on the first time,
you will be offered the option to change
your User ID. If you do not wish to change the User ID, just tab
to “Password”. If you change your User ID, your new
ID must be 6-12 alphanumeric characters. You will be required
to change your Web Password. Your new password must be at least
6 to 8 alphanumeric characters. All passwords are case sensitive.
Keep a record of your ID and Password in a safe place. Your new
PIN will be effective immediately.

Q:
How do I locate my current investment allocation?
A: Your current investment election is located
on the Summary screen in the chart labeled Balance by Investment.
You can also click on the Investments tab on the horizontal toolbar.
Click on Account Balance. Under the source information, you can
get additional account details by clicking on the source names in
bold type. You can click on the [+] sign to the left of the source
type to see your current investment elections.

Q:
How do I change my investment election?
A: There are several different options to access
a screen that will allow you to change your investment election:
One of the
simplest ways to access and change your investment elections is
to click on “View Details” on the Summary Screen (initial
screen that displays your investment pie chart) either next to
View Balance by Investment or View Balance by Source (both will
route you to the same screen)
a. Select
your Source Option
b.
Enter your new investment allocation in the “New %”
column.
c.
If you want to “sell” your current balances to reinvest
in the investment elections you have chosen, you must click
the box at the bottom that says, “Conform my balances..”
d.
If you only want to change your future contributions and leave
your current balances alone, you will NOT check the box at the
bottom of the screen.
e.
Click “Submit”
f.
The next screen will give you an opportunity to confirm your
changes. You will see two pie charts comparing your old elections
to your new elections.
g.
If you agree with what you see on this screen, Click “Continue.”
You will receive a confirmation number. This signifies that
you have successfully submitted your request.
NOTE:
If you do not click “Continue” your changes will NOT
be processed.
Other ways
to reach this same change screen can be found by:
1. Clicking
on the Investments tab then Investment elections
2. Clicking
on Transactions tab then Investment elections
3. Clicking
on any hyper links that say “Change Investment Elections”

Q:
What investment options are available within my Plan, and how can
I research these options?
A: By clicking Investments on the horizontal toolbar
and then selecting Investment Profiles on the left-hand toolbar
you can access direct Morningstar links to all of your available
fund investment options. Here you will find the fund tickers as
well as current price. Clicking on the fund names will directly
link you to Morningstar for further research.

Q:
How do I realign all of my assets at one time without changing my
future allocations (future contributions)?
A:
If you do not want to change your investment elections; however,
you do want to “sell” your current holdings and rebuy
using a different investment allocation strategy, you can transfer
your balance one of two ways:
1. Click on
Transfer Investments – Two options
are available for making transfers – a) Transfer between
investments and b) Rebalance Investments Based on your New Allocation
%.
(a)
Transfer Between Investments: Allows you to change
the investment of an existing fund account balances.
You can move investments from “a”
selected fund to other investment options. For example, you can
sell 100% of one investment option and redistribute it between
one or more different investment options. With this option you
can only sell out of one fund at a time. A confirmation number
is provided to confirm the update request has been received.
a. Click
on TRANSFER BETWEEN INVESTMENTS by using the drop down toolbar
next toTransfer Type.
b.
Select your source option
c.
If you want to transfer all of your money out of Fund A and
into Fund B, enter 100% in the FROM box next to the fund you
are transferring out of and then enter 100% in the TO box of
the fund you are transferring into.
d.
Click “Submit”
e.
The next screen will give you an opportunity to confirm your
changes. You will see two pie charts comparing your old allocation
to your new allocation.
f.
If you agree with what you see on this screen, Click “Continue.”
i. If
you do not click “Continue” your changes will
NOT be processed.
ii.
You will receive a confirmation number. This signifies that
you have successfully submitted your request.
(b)
Rebalance Investments Based on Your Investment Allocation %:
Allows you to change the investment of ALL existing account
balances. Using this tool, you can realign your entire
investment portfolio. By entering values in the target % column,
you will be able to completely alter your investment allocation.
This feature will trigger buys and sells that will realign your
portfolio. Remember trades must be entered prior to 4p.m. to process
same day and trades do not settle until after 2 p.m. the following
day. A confirmation number is provided to confirm the update request
has been received.
a. Click
on REBALANCE INVESTMENTS BASED ON YOUR NEW OR CURRENT INVESTMENT
ALLOCATION % by using the drop down toolbar next to Transfer
Type.
b.
Select your source option
c.
Enter your new investment allocation percentages in the Target
% column.
d.
If you would also like this change to also be reflected in your
FUTURE INVESTMENT ELECTIONS, click the box that says, “Update
my election percentages in all sources to match my target %.”
Leave this box unchecked if you only want to change your current
account balance and you would like your future money to be allocated
differently.
e.
Click “Submit”
f.
The next screen will give you an opportunity to confirm your
changes. You will see two pie charts comparing your old allocation
to your new allocation.
g.
If you agree with what you see on this screen, Click “Continue.”
i. If
you do not click “Continue” your changes will
NOT be processed.
ii.
You will receive a confirmation number. This signifies that
you have successfully submitted your request.
2. You can
also click on the Transactions tab located on the horizontal toolbar
and click Transfer Between Investments. Follow the steps above
once you have reached this screen.

Q:
I would like to review the transactions being made to my account.
How can I view the past transactions?
A:
On the horizontal toolbar, click on Transactions. Select
the Transaction History tab on the left hand toolbar. Transaction
History lists all transactions in your account. Use the select criteria
to see specific transactions (by Investment, by Transaction Type,
by Date, etc.). Additional information is available under “Drill
Down.”

the top of the screen choose the “Show History Start Date”
c. Enter
the From date wish to search from, leaving the To date blank will
automatically default to the current date.
d. Click
Submit
e. Scroll
down until you find the transaction labeled “Contribution”
or “Dividend,” etc
f. Click
on the plus sign [+] next to Details
g. Click
on the plus sign [+] next to Fund Display

Q:
How do I view my participant statement?
A: Click on Tools on the horizontal toolbar and
then click Reports on the left hand toolbar. At
the end of each quarter, your statement will be available via your
online participant account. The statement will include activity
through the end of the quarter. All statements will remain online
for your continued reference.

Q:
I have moved or had a name change, how can I update my current information?
A: On the horizontal toolbar, click Personal Profile
and then choose Personal Info. on the left hand toolbar. This feature
allows you to view and update your current address and name changes.
a. Click on
PERSONAL INFO.
b. Edit your address
c. Click “Submit”
d. The next screen will inform you that your changes have been
Saved.
e. Click OK

Q:
I need to update my beneficiary information. How do I make a change
and/or add a beneficiary?
A:
Change
a Current Beneficiary
a. Click
on BENEFICIARIES
b. To
view information on a listed beneficiary, click Details
c. To
change selected beneficiaries or update information edit this
screen
d. Once
you have completed your edits, click Update Beneficiary
e. To
Delete a beneficiary, Click Delete
f. When
you see the screen that says your changes have been saved, click
OK.
Add
a New Beneficiary
a. Click
on BENEFICIARIES
b. Click
New Beneficiary
c. Enter
the data fields
d. You
must enter the following fields: Name, Beneficiary %, Relationship
& Beneficiary Type (Primary or Contingent)
e. All
other information is discretionary
f. Click
Update Beneficiary
g. When
you see the screen that says your changes have been saved, click
OK.

Q:
I see a p next to some of my balances
what does this indicate?
A: The p represents that there
is a pending balance that has yet to settle. This may be the result
of a contribution, trade or dividend that has been submitted but
has not yet settled at the fund company. Once the trade has settled,
the p will cease to appear and your
balance will be fully represented.

Q:
I submitted a trade and it still has not settled in my account.
When can I expect to see the settled transaction?
A:
All trades must be submitted by 4pm (Mon – Fri) to trade same
day. Any trades submitted prior to 4pm will settle by 2pm the following
day. If you are checking your
online account prior to 2pm the following day, you will not see
your true settled account balance (as some items may still be pending).

Q:
What happens to trades submitted after 4pm?
A:
Trades submitted after 4pm (Mon – Fri) are traded the next
business day and settled the following business day.
Ex:
Day 1: Participant submits trade at 4:30 p.m. via the website
Day
2: Trade is actually submitted via transfer agent.
Day
3: Trade settles after 2 p.m. in participant account (now viewable
from the website)

Q:
When do trades submitted after 4 p.m. on Friday through Sunday evening
settle?
A: Trades submitted after 4p.m. on Friday through Sunday
will trade on Monday and settle on Tuesday after 2 p.m.
