I submitted a trade and it still has not settled in my account. When can I expect to see the settled transaction?

All trades must be submitted by 4pm to trade same day. Any trades submitted prior to 4pm will settle by 2pm the following day. If you are checking

your online account prior to 2pm the following day, you will not see your true settled account balance (as some items may still be pending). [Top]

I see a p next to some of my balances on the website what does this indicate?

The p represents that there is a pending balance that has yet to settle. This may be the result of a contribution, trade or dividend that has been submitted but has not yet settled at the fund company. Once the trade has settled, the p will cease to appear and your balance will be fully represented. [Top]
