How do I pay off my current loan?

Due to interest rates and calculations, you must contact your HR department to obtain information about paying off your loan balance. The easiest way to submit a loan pay-off is to send a check. Your HR department will have check instructions to help you complete this task. Please do not send any checks or assume a pay-off balance prior to speaking with your HR department. Your final loan payment deposited through payroll deductions must have cleared before we can provide your HR rep with your current loan pay-off balance. [Top]

I have requested a distribution from my account, when can I expect to receive my check?

The typical processing time is 10-14 business days from the date TEGRA receives a completed request from your Employer. A completed request will include the paperwork to be completely filled out by the participant requesting the distribution as well as the portions required by the Employer. A check request is not submitted until all outstanding payrolls for the participant have been processed. [Top]
